In stock Items will be shipped within 2-5 business days of processing. Once shipped, orders arrive within 3-4 business days. Custom orders are shipped within 7-10 business days of processing. Orders will arrive within 3-4 business days. Peluche’ products must be signed for upon delivery. Shipping and handling rates are subject to change at any time. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped. Your order will be shipped to the address that you provide. Please make sure you check the shipping address that you provide to make sure we send your items to the correct location. We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind United States Postal holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when placing an order.

Refunds and Exchanges:
Customer satisfaction is very important, all units and products are inspected prior to shipping to ensure they meet your specifications and our high quality assurance standards.
Peluche' Extensions does not issue refunds once your order has been placed. We do not offer exchanges if you do not like the specifications of which you chose and ordered, this includes size, color, length, style.
If you are granted an exchange or store credit you must meet the following terms and conditions, there are no exceptions:
You must contact Peluche' Luxury Extensions within 24 hours of receiving your unit at: Pelucheluxextensions@gmail.com All approved exchanges or store credit offers must have an approval code issued before the return of the item will be accepted.
The unit must be returned in the same condition it was received. You must not alter the unit in any way, that includes but is not limited to the following:

YOU MUST NOT DESTROY OR LOSE ORIGINAL PACKAGING INCLUDING WIG BAG
YOU MUST NOT ATTEMPT TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM YOURSELF
NOTICE:
Credit card fraud WILL NOT be tolerated by Peluche' Luxury Extensions. It results in lost revenue for us. We will not tolerate false charge backs. We will litigate in a civil court of law for an item that has been received by the buyer and promptly charged back to their credit card.This is FRAUD and we will seek litigation aggressively. As you are entering into unilateral contract and by purchasing, you agree to purchase in good faith by the terms of the agreement. Chargebacks and errors on the part of the buyer are considered a personal attack and therefore we will litigate for time lost, personnel overtime, full unit price, legal fees, research fees, and revenues lost due to down time. Communication is the key to a happy out-come, but if a charge back is completed without consideration, it is harmful to both parties involved. Peluche' Luxury Extensions wants to make your purchase a great experience, not a legal battle. If a legal issue is pursued, buyer agrees that it will take place in our state of Texas and governed by Texas laws. You agree to reimburse Peluche' Luxury Extensions for any fees associated, plus any legal costs.
This statement has been put in place due to the increased issues of fraud taking place throughout the internet by some buyers. We ask for communication to avoid any legal remedy that will be sought.
